# ATSBrain > ATSBrain is an AI-native, agent-first applicant tracking system (ATS). It is designed so AI agents and LLMs can operate it directly — searching candidates, running outreach campaigns, screening applicants, and replying to messages through APIs and MCP — while humans keep a clean interface for approvals and decisions. ATSBrain is currently in development, built on top of a recruiting platform already running in production at a recruiting agency. A public waitlist is open at https://atsbrain.com/. ## Key facts - Agent-first: every ATS action (search, create, message, move pipeline stage) is exposed to LLMs and agents via API and MCP. - For everyone who hires: recruiting agencies, startups, and companies that hire only occasionally. - Free tier: keeping a candidate database and conversation history (inbox) is free while not actively hiring. Paid plans unlock active hiring — vacancies, pipelines, campaigns, AI matching and screening. - Features: unified inbox (email + LinkedIn), AI matching and screening, call transcription and analysis, outreach campaigns, registry-driven custom fields, GDPR tooling. ## Pages - [Home](https://atsbrain.com/): product overview, pricing principles, FAQ, waitlist signup. - [Blog](https://atsbrain.com/blog/): essays on agent-first recruiting. - [What Is an Agent-First ATS?](https://atsbrain.com/blog/what-is-an-agent-first-ats/): definition, architecture traits, vendor questions. - [MCP for Recruiting](https://atsbrain.com/blog/mcp-for-recruiting/): what the Model Context Protocol unlocks in hiring software. - [Why You Shouldn't Pay to Store Your Candidates](https://atsbrain.com/blog/free-ats-candidate-database/): the economics of a free candidate database. ## Contact - Waitlist and updates: https://atsbrain.com/#waitlist
