# ATSBrain

> ATSBrain is an AI-native, agent-first applicant tracking system (ATS). It is designed so AI agents and LLMs can operate it directly — searching candidates, running outreach campaigns, screening applicants, and replying to messages through APIs and MCP — while humans keep a clean interface for approvals and decisions.

ATSBrain is currently in development, built on top of a recruiting platform already running in production at a recruiting agency. A public waitlist is open at https://atsbrain.com/.
